Is Chance the rapper the hottest new guy of 2014? Critically acclaimed mixtapes, features with Justin Bieber and magazine covers make him one of the top candidates. Two years ago I told people he was gonna be a problem and a few listened but I didn't even imagine he could reach this level so quickly. The talented singer/rapper manages to blend jazz like songs with modern day hip hop so easily. This kid is meant to be a star and if he isn't the best new guy then he is probably the second.
