Grammy-winning artist SZA has thrilled fans with the release of SOS Deluxe: Lana, the expanded edition of her record-breaking 2022 album SOS. Released on Friday, the deluxe version includes all 23 original tracks from the original album, the chart-topping single “Saturn,” and 14 brand-new songs.

Ahead of the release, SZA addressed the delay on Instagram, reassuring fans with a heartfelt message: “FULL DELUXE DROPS FIRST THING TOMORROW AM. (Had to get my mixes right lol! All songs are delivered and ingesting into the system as we speak. pls be kind .. we been up for days).” Her post also teased a snippet from the music video for her latest single, “Drive,” which features actor Ben Stiller. The album boasts high-profile collaborations, including Kendrick Lamar, Lil Yachty, and producer Benny Blanco. Kendrick Lamar joins SZA on the track “30 for 30,” further building on their celebrated collaborations, such as her contributions to his recent album GNX.

In addition to the album, SZA and Kendrick Lamar have announced the Grand National Tour, set to begin on April 19, 2025, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tour will make stops in major cities such as Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Detroit, concluding in Washington, D.C., on June 18.

SZA is also expanding her artistry into acting with her debut role in the buddy comedy One of Them Days, co-starring Keke Palmer. The film is set to premiere on January 17, 2025.

Reflecting on her journey in an interview with British Vogue, SZA shared, “Every day I grapple with, ‘Am I done with music?’ ... But I keep trying to rise to the occasion.”

With the release of SOS Deluxe: Lana and plans for a major tour, along with her acting debut, SZA continues to solidify her influence and versatility in the entertainment world.
