Desiigner and his smash hit song "Panda" reach number 2 on the hip hop R&B charts and catches the number one spot on Rap Songs chart. An amazing feat for a new artist and he happens to be from Brooklyn. New York hasn't had a substantial stance on the charts n quite sometime. Hopefully this can open up some doors for more New York artists for focus on complete songs instead of bars.
